As a private sector entity, we seek projects with a clear vision, added value, and a strong business model that is scalable, expandable, and capable of generating substantial profits. We do not provide financial aid or grants; instead, we operate on a purely profit-driven basis, ensuring that all parties involved benefit in a true win-win scenario.

In collaboration with “Investors Club”, Positive Vibes Company presents the “Success Partners” program, targeting project owners and promising investment opportunities seeking partners to support the growth and development of their ventures. This program ensures financial benefits for both project owners and their partners.

Key Steps for Acceptance into the “Success Partners” Program:

  • Step 1: Project & Proposal Submission
    Applications are submitted via the dedicated registration form, ensuring the Pitch Deck or any supporting documents are attached.
    Applications are reviewed to verify they meet the required criteria.
  • Step 2: Evaluation & Screening
    A specialized advisory committee conducts a thorough evaluation to assess quality and feasibility.
    Applicants are then contacted for further discussions to confirm their readiness.
  • Step 3: Partner Introduction
    Once qualified, the project is presented to members of the Investors Club—a network of elite business professionals—through periodic in-person meetings in Riyadh or via the digital platform.
  • Collaboration Mechanism
    The Investors Club solely facilitates connections between project presenters and investors while providing continuous support and assistance.
    The club does not guarantee investor participation.
    If a deal is successfully closed, Vibes Holding acquires an official silent partnership stake in the project.

There are no additional fees beyond those outlined in the collaboration mechanism.

Project Registration Agreement

Preamble

Whereas the (Founder – Project Presenter), whose name appears above, has registered their project under the Success Partners Program in the hope of obtaining a partner(s) through several options provided by Vibes Holding; and whereas Prime Values for Financial Consultancy is the party authorized to review, evaluate, study, and nominate all projects within the Success Partners Program; in order to proceed, you must electronically agree to this Agreement and its provisions outlined below, which guarantee the rights of all parties and preserve the confidentiality of their data.

Article One: Acceptance of the Agreement

The (Founder – Project Presenter) acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understood all its provisions, and agree to be bound by it. Their electronic acceptance constitutes a formal and binding signature, and a copy will be sent to the registered email address.

Article Two: Role of Prime Values within the Success Partners Program

Prime Values for Financial Consultancy, as the implementing entity of the Success Partners Program, shall undertake the following tasks:

  1. Receive the project and conduct an initial review to ensure compliance with the approved criteria.
  2. Prepare a report or recommendation to Vibes Holding regarding accepting the project and offering it for admission of partner(s).
  3. Provide several optional services to the project founder, including but not limited to:
    • Preparing a professional feasibility summary (Pitch Deck).
    • Recording a podcast or introductory interview to present the founder and the project.
    • Designing a landing page, an introductory video, or a marketing brochure.
    • Marketing promotion through approved investment channels and platforms.

Article Three: Mechanism of Execution

Upon receiving its copy of this Agreement, Prime Values will directly contact the (Founder / Project Presenter) to commence the execution steps.

Article Four: Rights

Vibes Holding does not charge any fees or amounts for introducing a partner(s) into the founder’s / project presenter’s company. Instead, it receives an official equity percentage (shares) in the company’s Articles of Association, negotiated through Prime Values Consultancy.
