In the event of establishing any partnership through the Inventure Forum or Virtual Community Company, I pledge to fulfill the company’s rights through one of the following three methods:

– 2% – 4% cash from the value of the partnership or financial transaction
– An agreed-upon lump sum payment
– An equity share in the project in favor of Virtual Community Company

This commitment cannot be waived in any way.

Inventure does not guarantee the involvement of partners or financiers. Our role is limited to selecting investors and connecting them with distinguished entrepreneurial project owners. What happens beyond this point depends on mutual agreements between both parties. We wish everyone success.

About The Meet-up

The Investment and Entrepreneurship Meet-up is a recurring event that brings together a select group of entrepreneurs, startup founders, angel investors, and venture capital funds to forge strategic partnerships. These partnerships help drive growth and provide the necessary investment rounds for emerging startups to launch.
The Meet-up does not aim to gather the largest crowd but rather targets a carefully selected group of investors interested in promising opportunities that align with rigorous, standardized criteria to maximize benefits for both parties.
The Meet-up is hosted by the Virtual Community (VC), the parent company with a digital network of over 200,000 investors and entrepreneurs, with total capital valued at 18.8 billion Saudi riyals. It utilizes the Absher system for identity verification.
